Richard Cordray outlined his plan to defend working Ohioans' health care by protecting Medicaid expansion and targeting services at preventing sickness.

Cordray's proposals included:
- Preserving the Medicaid expansion

- Investing in prenatal services
- Increasing vaccinations and immunizations for children
- Blood pressure screenings and regular checkups for all adults
- Smoking cessation efforts
- Expanding the health care workforce and telehealth options
