Campaign to improve public transit in Greensboro, NC
Whether it’s long wait times between buses or long distances between bus stops, Greensboro residents are frustrated with public transit.
On Tuesday, Sept. 4, Working America members attended the Greensboro City Council meeting to advocate for improvements to the Greensboro Transit Authority’s bus system.
We spoke with people in Greensboro who rely on the bus, heard their concerns and put together this video to uplift their voices to the Greensboro City Council.
Some of the Greensboro City Council members were receptive to our concerns.
And Greensboro residents are hearing about our campaign to improve public transit.
